Final Studio Newsletter for 08-09 Dance Year
Picture Day
Picture Day is Friday, May 21st. The times will be posted at the Studio. It is mandatory for all children to attend due to the Class Photo's. However, it is not madatory to purchase any pictures. This year's photographer offers the most variety of packages at reasonable prices. This is held at the Dance Studio.
There will be a checklist for you to go through before or after you take your picture!
Class Info
There will be no dance on Saturday, May 29 or May 31st (Memorial Day Weekend) Except older girls!
Tickets
All Tuition must be PAID IN FULL before purchasing any tickets.
Children will not be able to perform at rehearsal or recital if tuition is not paid in full by May 27th.
Each family is responsible for five tickets.
Payment "Cash Only" - No Exceptions
You will need to PAY to accept these tickets. You can do this on Picture Day or at class on/before June1st.
Tickets sold on a first come first serve basis.
Tickets are $15.00 each.
Tickets sold at the door for the same price.
Video
There is no video taping at the recital due to a Professional videographer giving us a deal on DVD's. The studio will pay $10.00 and your balance will be $25.00. This is added on to your May/June tuition bill. They will be delivered to your house in the summer. There is only one DVD per family. If you would like to purchase another one, the videographer will be taking orders at the recital.
***Dress Rehearsal*** - Mandatory
Your dance class at the studiowill be in full costume on the following days. This includes hairpieces and proper tights. Sat. 5/ 22| Mon. 5/24 | Tues. 5/25 | Wed. 5/26 | Thurs. 5/27
Rehearsal Schedule: Mandatory
4:00 - 5:00 Ballet Rehearsal - ALL ballet classes
5:00 - 5:30 Opening for all competitive classes
Recital
The Recital will be:
Sunday, June 6th at
Windham High School at
2:00 PM.
Performers will need to be at Windham High School one hour before the show time.
The doors will be opened 1/2 hour before show time. No Exceptions.
We ask that there will be NO saving seats; common courtesy is required by all attendees.
