Picture Day

Picture Day is Monday,   May 9th.   The times will be posted at the Studio.   It is Mandatory for all children to attend due to the Class Photo’s.    However, it is not mandatory to purchase any pictures.   This year we are excited about our new photographer who offers the most variety of packages at reasonable prices.

There will be a checklist for you to go through before or after you take your picture!

 Tickets for recital will go on sale!!!

 

Class Info

There will be no dance on Saturday, May 28^th and May 30^th (Memorial Day Weekend)

 

All Tuition must be PAID IN FULL before purchasing any tickets.

Children will not be able to perform at rehearsal or recital if tuition is not paid in full by May 27th.

 

Tickets

Each Family is responsible for five tickets.    Payment “ Cash Only” No exceptions

A parent will need to PAY to accept these tickets. You can do this on Picture Day or at class on/before June 2nd.   Tickets sold on a first come first serve basis.

Tickets are $15.00 each .

Tickets sold at door for same price.

 

Video

There is no video taping at the recital due to a Professional videographer giving us a deal on DVD’s. The cost will be $25.00. This is added on to your May/June tuition bill.   They will be delivered to your house in the summer.   There is only one DVD per family.   If you would like to purchase another one the videographer will be taking orders at the recital.

 

**Dress Rehearsal** -Mandatory

Your regular dance class at the studio will be in full costume on the following days.   This includes hairpieces and proper tights

      SAT.  - 5/21     MON. - 5/23     TUES. - 5/24      WED. - 5/25      THURS. -   5/26

 

Rehearsal Schedule:   - Mandatory

Tuesday, May 31^st -- at Windham High School Auditorium- NOT IN COSTUME

4:00-5:00   Wizard of Oz- Ballet Rehearsal - All ballet classes

5:00-6:00   All Hip Hop Classes will rehearse with Sara  

6:00-6:15  Finale for Tues. 4:30-6:00, Wednesday 4-6:30 younger girls, All Thursday classes and Sat. 12-1:30.

6:00 on... The above classes will stay and run in order of program with some adjustments for younger students.

 

Thursday, June 2nd  – at Windham High School Auditorium- NOT IN COSTUME

3:30-5:30       Saturday classes that dance from 9-12.

5:30-6:00       Finale for Saturday, Monday Classes, Tuesday Older Girls classes and Wed. older class.  

After Finale we will run all above mentioned classes, solos,  and senior number in order according to program.

 

Recital

 Sunday, June 5th at Windham High School at 1:00pm

 

Performers will need to be at Windham High School one hour before the Show time.

The Doors will be opened ½ hour before show time.   No Exceptions

We ask that there be No saving seats; common courtesy is required by all attendees.
